Return & Exchange Policy

At Vera, each order is carefully inspected and packaged with intention. For this reason, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges unless the issue is a direct result of an error on our end, such as receiving an incorrect item or a verified manufacturing defect.

Eligibility for Review

  • Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unaltered, and in original condition

  • Photo or video proof is required

Once approved, the item must be returned for inspection.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping within Canada is a flat rate of $28 CAD. This amount will be deducted from your refund or replacement, if applicable.

We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect orders placed by the customer

  • Improper care

  • Normal shedding or wear

  • Third-party shipping carrier delays or damages

Any item that has been worn, installed, cut, colored, or altered is not eligible for return or exchange.

Care Policy

Our hair is designed to maintain its quality and longevity when cared for properly.

  • Gently detangle before and after wear

  • Use sulfate-free and alcohol-free products

  • Avoid excessive heat and always use a heat protectant

  • Store hair in its original packaging or a satin/silk bag when not in use

Natural shedding is normal. Improper maintenance or alterations such as cutting, coloring, bleaching, or installing void eligibility for returns or replacements.

Final Sale

All purchases are final. No returns or exchanges.
